Since vodka is normally made with potatoes, we decided to add a twist to ours by flavoring the non-alcoholic vodka with sweet potatoes, because regular potatoes can be so boring!

Love the spicy, sassy taste of this sweet potato “vodka”! Works well with tonic, a light fruit juice or a flavored seltzer with a big squeeze of lemon or lime. It is a super flavorful, refreshing “drink” that is a wonderful alternative to real alcohol. Cheers!
