Non-alcoholic Fall Cocktails

It's starting to feel like fall!  Here are some apple flavored whiskey and bourbon cocktails and non-alcoholic spiced rum drinks.

Apple Pie Bourbon

Non-alcoholic bourbon

Non-alcoholic whiskey

1. Apple Bourbon Smash

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic bourbon, apple-flavored 

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • ¾ oz simple syrup

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Club soda (optional)
    Muddle mint with lemon juice and syrup, add non-alcoholic bourbon, shake with ice, and strain over fresh ice. Top with club soda if you want it lighter.


2. Caramel Apple Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic apple-flavored bourbon

  • ½ oz caramel syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Garnish: apple slice + cinnamon stick
    Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, strain over a large cube, and garnish.


3. Harvest Gold

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic bourbon

  • 1 oz apple cider

  • ½ oz maple syrup

  • 1 dash orange bitters
    Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with a dehydrated apple wheel.


4. Spiced Apple Mule

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic spiced rum

  • 3 oz apple cider

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • Ginger beer to top
    Build in a copper mug with ice, top with ginger beer, and garnish with apple slices.


5. Autumn Rum Punch

  • 1 ½ oz non-alcoholic spiced rum

  • 1 oz apple juice

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • ½ oz cinnamon syrup

  • Club soda to top
    Shake all except soda, strain into a highball over ice, top with soda, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.


6. Hot Spiced Apple Toddy (great for cold nights)

  • 1 ½ oz non-alcoholic spiced rum

  • 4 oz hot apple cider

  • ½ oz honey

  • Dash of ground cinnamon
    Build in a mug, stir, and garnish with a lemon wheel and cloves.


8. Apple Butter Daiquiri

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic spiced rum

  • 1 oz apple cider

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp apple butter
    Shake hard with ice, double strain into a coupe, and garnish with grated nutmeg.


9. Autumn Orchard Punch

Perfect for gatherings, full of fall fruit flavors.

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic spiced rum

  • 1 oz apple cider

  • ½ oz pear juice

  • ¼ oz fresh lemon juice

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Garnish: apple slice + cinnamon stick
    Method: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick.


10. Pumpkin Spice Rum Latte

Rich and cozy—dessert in a mug.

  • 1½ oz non-alcoholic spiced rum

  • 6 oz hot coffee

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée

  • ½ oz maple syrup

  • Whipped cream & pumpkin pie spice for garnish
    Method: Stir pumpkin purée and maple syrup into hot coffee. Add non-alcoholic rum and coffee liqueur. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice.


11. Cinnamon Maple Spiced Toddy

Soothing for crisp fall evenings.

  • 1½ oz non-alcoholic spiced rum

  • ½ oz maple syrup

  • 4–5 oz hot water or hot apple cider

  • Dash ground cinnamon

  • Garnish: lemon wheel + cinnamon stick
    Method: Combine non-alcoholic spiced rum, maple syrup, and hot liquid in a mug. Stir, add cinnamon, and garnish.


12. Cran-Apple Spiced Mule

A fall twist on the Moscow Mule.

  • 2 oz non-alcholic spiced rum

  • 1 oz cranberry juice

  • 1 oz apple cider

  • Ginger beer to top

  • Garnish: fresh cranberries + apple wheel
    Method: Build over ice in a copper mug, top with ginger beer, garnish.



13. Maple Bourbon Smash

Bright citrus and deep maple notes.

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic bourbon

  • ½ oz maple syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic orange brandy 

  • Garnish: rosemary sprig
    Method: Muddle orange slices with maple syrup in a shaker. Add no-alcoholic bourbon, lemon, non-alcoholic brandy, and ice. Shake, strain over ice, garnish with rosemary.


14. Pumpkin Pie

Creamy, rich, and indulgent.

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic whiskey

  • 1 oz pumpkin purée

  • ¾ oz maple syrup

  •  1 oz heavy cream for lighter version)

  • 2 dashes pumpkin pie spice

  • Garnish: grated nutmeg
    Method: Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) to emulsify, add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe, garnish.
