Refund policy

We offer returns within 10 days of receiving the product. For returns, the product must be unopened, and we unfortunately do not offer refunds in the event that you do not like the taste. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the product back to us. You will then get a credit on the returned product, minus a 35% processing fee and minus the cost to ship to you. When returning your product(s), please include the original packing slip and use the shipper box the product arrived in to avoid bottle breakage. *Please include your name and the order number inside the package and email us the tracking number to hello@enjoymocktails.com so that we can be on the lookout for your return.


Your return will be processed and credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reference the Order Number, Damage Type and Photos of the Damage. Send to hello@enjoymocktails and a member of our team will work with you to get your replacement order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
