Here are some non-alcoholic Sambuca recipes for the holidays. 

Under the Mistletoe

Non-Alcoholic Sambuca + Non-Alcoholic Whiskey

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz non-alcoholic Sambuca

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic whiskey

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 2–3 dashes non-alcoholic bitters

  • Lemon twist

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass and soak it with bitters.

  2. Add the non-alcoholic whiskey and Sambuca.

  3. Add a large ice cube and stir gently to dissolve the sugar.

  4. Express a lemon twist over the glass and drop it in.

  5. Serve under warm lights… or mistletoe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz orange juice

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1 oz non-alcoholic Sambuca

  • Ice

  • Orange slice or peel for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Add orange juice, lime juice, and Sambuca.

  3. Shake until chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks or highball glass over fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with an orange slice or peel.

Non-alcoholic birthday-cake vodka + coffee  + Sambuca

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz non-alcoholic birthday cake vodka

  • 2oz coffee

  • 1 oz non-alcoholic Sambuca

  • 1 oz milk or dairy-free milk

  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well until frothy and chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.

  4. Dust lightly with cocoa powder.

Creamy, sweet, and just a little romantic.

(name for the bourbon + cold brew + cream cocktail)

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz non-alcoholic Sambuca

  • 1.5 oz non-alcoholic bourbon

  • 2 oz cold brew coffee

  • 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half)

  • 1 oz Cinnamon fire whiskey

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add Sambuca, bourbon, and cold brew.

  2. Shake lightly to chill, then strain into a rocks glass over ice.

  3. Gently float the heavy cream over the top (pour over the back of a spoon).

  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon or add a cinnamon stick.
