How long does it take to ship my order?
Once your order is placed, orders are processed the same day, if they are received before noon (eastern time). If your order is placed after noon, it will be processed the next business day.
We ship orders Monday - Saturday.
The product will take 2-3 business days to get to your door.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders.
Where does my product ship from?
Our warehouse is located in Atlanta, Georgia and the product ships from there.
How long does regular, free shipping take?
USPS Priority Mail shipping is a 2-3 business day delivery service.
How will I know when my order ships?
After we process your order and is ready to be shipped to you, you will receive an email with the tracking number on it. That means that your package is on it’s way!
How can I track my order?
In the email that says your order has shipped, you will be able to click on your tracking number, you will be able to see when your package is headed to you.

Help, my order was damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us by email and reference your name, the order number and what product(s) were damaged. Also, include a photo of the damages.
Once we get that information from you, our customer service team will contact you and let you know how to handle this.
Let us know about damages to your order within 3 days of it delivering your order.
What if my order is wrong?
If your order if wrong please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. If you can send a photo of your whole order, showing all items received. We will then contact you and advise the next steps.
When emailing us, include your name and order number.
What if I entered the wrong shipping information?
If you entered the wrong shipping information and you haven’t received your order yet, please email us asap.
What happens if it shows my order was delivered but I never got it? You may want to check around your home. Sometimes, orders get dropped off near a garage door or gate instead of at your front door. Also, check to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you still can’t find your order email us and we can help.
Where do you ship the product to?
The product is only available in the USA.
Do you offer returns? What if I opened the product and didn't like the taste?
We offer returns within 10 days of receiving the product. For returns, the product must be unopened, and we unfortunately do not offer refunds in the event that you do not like the taste. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the product back to us. You will then get a credit on the returned product, minus a 35% processing fee and minus the cost to ship to you.
I placed an order but didn’t get an email?
This could mean a few things - maybe a wrong email address was entered or our emails are going to your spam box.
Check your spam folder to see if our emails are going there. Sometimes certain email providers send our stuff to the wrong place.
If you entered the wrong email address but your credit card is showing a payment for the product then your order went though. Email us at hello@enjoymocktails.com with your name and ship to address. We will check our end for the order.
