The Pause Programs are designed for people who are thinking about changing their relationship with alcohol. At Enjoy Mocktails, we believe in supporting people on their journey of becoming more alcohol aware. Our programs are about taking a pause to rethinking how you drink.
We help you find a place to start - a place to start to see how alcohol plays a role in your life, a place to help you find out where you want to start defining sobriety in a way that works for you, or a place that is about learning how to take a pause from alcohol.

Our programs aren't about rules, labels, or an all-or-nothing approach.
They're about helping you become more aware of your drinking habits, patterns, routines, and the role alcohol plays in your life.
The Pause Programs are led by Mama with a Mocktail, who created them from her own alcohol awareness journey, as well as her education and experience in health and wellness.
She believes that every person's journey is different and that support should meet people where they are—not where someone else thinks they should be.

Pause Before the Pour - A 30-Day Awareness Program
Pause Before the Pour is about pausing to give yourself a moment before reaching for alcohol. The pause gives you a moment before doing what you've always done. It's not about saying no or deciding you'll never drink again.
For many of us, alcohol has become part of our routine. We reach for it after work, while making dinner, during celebrations, when we're stressed, or simply because it's what we've always done.
Pause Before the Pour helps you slow down, become more aware of your habits and patterns, and discover that you have more choices than you may realize.
The goal is to pause long enough to choose. It's not about asking you to stop drinking alcohol.

Sober Sabbatical - A Journey to Explore Life Beyond Alcohol
Sober Sabbatical is a 90-day pause from alcohol. The program is designed to help you redefine your relationship with drinking so you feel more clarity, more in control and more connected to things that matter the most to you.
Over the course of 90 days, you'll learn how to pause, reflect, and make new choices that feel more in line with the life you are creating.
We'll work together so you can begin to recognize your patterns, navigate triggers, work through social settings and situations, looking more at the people, places and routines, and helping to create confidence in your choices and navigating doing things differently.
If you’ve ever found yourself questioning your drinking—wondering if you should cut back, take a break, or do something different—but felt stuck between "never could I ever," this program was created for you.
Because changing your relationship with alcohol isn't just about what's in your glass. It's about discovering that you have options and knowing that helps.

How Do The Pause Programs Work?
The Pause Programs are designed to be simple, flexible, and accessible.
After purchasing a Pause Before the Pour or Sober Sabbatical, you'll receive an email with everything you need to get started. You can begin at any time and move at your own pace.
Each week, you'll receive emails with guidance, reflections, exercises, and practical tools to help you better understand your relationship with alcohol and create changes that feel right for you.
There are no meetings to attend, no pressure to perform, and no expectation that your journey has to look like anyone else's.
We also acknowledge that sobriety takes time and sometimes we need to take 2 steps backwards to make 3 steps forwards.
